From the Bowral region, one hour south of Sydney, this is a slightly herbal and green-tinged Pinot Noir, but one with considerable cherry intensity and a woody overlay. It’s a good, medium-bodied effort, but could use a touch more richness and complexity overall.

Grassy and pungent, with fruit flavors that verge on vegetal, almost into green bean. Yet it's not unpleasant, offering decent weight and a long, herbal finish that suggests pairing with simply prepared seafood dishes.

This medium-bodied Shiraz shows some rubbery aromas at first, followed up by flavors of plum that finish short and soft.
