Jammy and full of raisin, stewed berries and leather. Calling it ultraripe might be an understatement because it’s nearly over the top in its heft, extract and tannin level. A high-production bruiser that has tons of power but very little precision.

Fresh and healthy for Toro Malvasia, with soft apple and sweet lime flavors. The feel and approach are good, and the wine is acidic but not too much, which helps preserve the mouthfeel. Finishes nice and standard.
