Deep color, almost brown; wonderful aromas of butterscotch, vanilla bean, smoke, deep sweet aromas, spices, burnt sugar, very rich nose; full and powerful in the mouth, tastes much younger, although has the age and complexity in the mouth; complex flavors ranging from butterscotch and vanilla to coconut and almonds; smooth and rich, almost unctuous but at the same time fresh and focused; this is marvelous wine with a complex array of flavors that are hard to define in some ways; focused finish with lots of sweetness and herbs and spices; just a wonderful wine from the days that the lur- Saluces family owned this property. Although still very young, obviously, the wine already has good definition and character; sweet and spicy nose with wonderful deep and rich aromas, quite complex already, sweet spices, caramel, enticing nose; spicy and well balanced in the mouth, flavors of apricots and spiced baked apples; smooth and thick in the mouth with good body and structure; long smooth finish with sweet spices and vanilla bean flavors; good and need more time to get better.
