Very aromatic nose, sweet and perfumed, minerally, floral, very smooth and ripe aromas with a polished quality; sweet and ripe in the mouth; hard to judge the depth of this wine yet as it is all fruit in the front of the mouth; there is no center yet to the wine, which should evolve with more bottle time; the wine seems simple right now, but I sense a layer of acidity and more complex flavors just below the surface that will emerge when the young fruit is balanced better; I would like to try this in a year and see how it has evolved.
