A ripe, rich nose with raisins, honeyed fruit, paraffin, and herbs, very aromatic and powerful aromas; sweet and ripe in the mouth, almost dense, but elegant and balanced with layers of sweet fruit; there is a strong core of acidity that focuses the wine in the mouth and keeps in from becoming too diffuse; long finish with a spicy and ripe set of flavors, touch of herbs. Light nose with lemongrass, grapefruit, and lemon peel aromas, but also rich with hints of butterscotch and with powerful floral scents of oleander and hyacinths; smooth and silky in the mouth, quite lemony and citric but with balanced ripe fruit flavors of pears and apple; long finish, lemon juice and pear, rich and silky with a bite.
