This wine opens with a funky nose that has lots of barnyard scents, green and grassy, with damp earth aromas with a touch of mustiness, there is sweet fruit in the nose as well, but it seems submerged; sweet fruit and green herbs in the front of the mouth, smooth and nicely textured, but there is a persistent flavor of mustiness and greenness in the wine that is annoying; there is sweet fruit with an almost honeyed flavor that is nice, and a nice spiciness in the mouth with a long finish that lingers nicely in the mouth, but there is an undertone to this wine that is not right; this may be a damaged bottle, or this may not be a good wine.
