* Expert NoteDecember 19, 2005
Surprisingly complex nose with layers of aromas, deep black cherry cider aromas, sweet, alcoholic with touches of chocolate, caramel, black pepper, sweet herbs, earthen and dusty; first taste is loaded with sweet fruit with an almost caramel quality; in the mid-mouth there is a more citrus quality; still dominated by immature dry tannins, but with good balance; not a complex wine and not deep, somewhat short at the finish, but good for the region.
