A ripely fruity wine, full of red cherry and damson juice flavors. It is concentrated, touched by pepper as well as acidity. Full in the mouth and full in flavor.

Rubbery and spicy in the nose, with a hint of orange peel. In the mouth, a heavy flatness sets in fast. The wine seems old, and for a rosé, it is. It just sits on your palate, tasting o.k. but needing a poke in the ribs.
