Plenty of botrytis here, packing the wine with its characteristic sweet/dry flavor, wild flower honey tastes and ripe apple flavors. Not a hugely rich Sauternes, this is finely in balance, leaving freshness as well as sweetness on the finish.

Hugely liquorous wine, full of honey, superripe fruit, yellow peach and apricot flavors, along with orange marmalade. This is big, very densely flavored, richly textured. It could certainly age for 5–10 years.
