Sweet, rich and honeyed nose with complex aromas of paraffin, herbs, quite a bit or minerality, very perfumed and exotic; sweet and ripe in the mouth, smooth and fat but with complex flavors; lemon grass, green apples, minerals; wonderful focused acidity; spicy; long balanced finish with honeyed spices; this is a wonderful wine and gives new definition to white Bordeaux. Sweet and ripe nose, quite perfumed and loaded with honeyed fruit, green herbs, paraffin, cookie dough, and lemon peel finish off the complex nose; surprisingly light and citric in the mouth; almost austere; clean and pure but lacking in depth; seems like there should have been more interesting elements to this wine; good finish, but lacking. Restrained and austere nose as is often the case with this wine, earth and herbs mixing with minerals and a touch of rubber present a refined but also remote nose; sweet and ripe in the mouth with plenty of fruit on entry; then changing quickly to a more dry and austere fabric with solid acidity; still very young and not prepared to show all of its elements; long, complex, deep finish with strong lemony notes; quite elegant and I think will be more exciting in a few years.
