This is a recent acquisition by the owners of neighboring Château Bouscaut, a separate estate and not a second wine. It has a very forward, herbaceous character, all grapefruit and sweet lemons. There is a pear and apple skin texture which gives a delicious bite to the acidity. Definitely a food wine.
