Smooth and yeasty, with clean and pleasant pear aromas. The palate deals apple and pear fruit, and a hint of sweet, ripe banana. The finish is short, but what’s there is pure and smooth. A solid, tasty Champagne that hits nearly all the right chords.

This is on the sweet side for a brut, so you find strawberries soaked with sugar and ripe red berry fruits. The acidity is there, but the soft fruits dominate.

Soft and creamy, this is a full, ripe Champagne. It maybe lacks subtlety, and the white fruits and balancing acidity are right to the front. The downside here is a definite sweetness from the dosage, which isn’t quite in balance.
