Sweet and ripe nose, loads of stewed fruit and floral scents, obviously older nose with a touch of dustiness and must, but still very seductive; sweet and silky in the mouth with very mature fruit flavors, almost too much sweetness here, and one feels that the wine is chaptalized, but perhaps too much so; the flavors are full and rich with a touch of mature acidity and faded tannins still evident; medium finish; really quite good for its age.
