Expert NoteJanuary 12, 2012
Powerful lemon and lime flavors are pure and bright, flattering the palate with an assault of fruity ripeness. There’s certainly a lot of acidity, to judge by the tingly feeling on the tongue, but the round, sweetish, honeyed texture softens this lush, seductive wine.

Clean and refreshing are the operative words. With only three months aging in oak and partial malolactic fermentation, this lightweight Chard toes the line of balance nicely, even coming across as crisp. Honeydew and nectarine aromas dominate. Fresh green melon drives the long, dry finish.

Expert NoteJanuary 12, 2012
A light floral, hay and fresh cut grass bouquet prefaces a palate with clover honey, citrus, mineral and fresh dill flavors, balanced by plenty of yellow fruit. It's medium-weight and angular, but classy, and finishes taut with lemon-slate flavors.

Ripe peach and apricot aromas and a touch of honey are clear signals of the white stone-fruit character of the wine. A little natural vanilla and some minerals grace the finish. The fruit here is reserved, and because of that it's sturdy more than it is spectacular.
