sweet sensuous syrupy sauternes. Paired ever so nicely with bleu dAuvergnes cheese.

Love this Sauternes from Kellogg classmate Aline Balys estate. Truly makes me think "nectar of the gods." Tastes like pure liquid honey and makes my mouth water for some seared foie gras.
