Nice minerality and sweet green apple on the nose. Interesting juxtaposition of sweetness on Limestone. Nice mouthfeel with a nice finish of acid and minerality all with a bit of residual sugar. Much better when it is just slightly chilled. Do not serve reight out of the fridge. Lemon zest, honey and a touch of pineapple and lime stone. Complex layers and subtle nuances of fruit and wet stone with a great petrol mouthfeel. Nice wine with a long finish. Recomended.
