50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot and 10% Grenache make this a flavorful and well structured Vin de Pays from the south of France. Fleshy in the mouth with ripe tannins, notes of black plum, blackberry, fennel and a hint of green pepper lead into the solid finish.

A fresh and vibrant rosé with forward fruit aromas and flavors of plum, nectarine and red berries. A beautiful texture with medium weight, the mouth is like a bowl of strawberries and cream. Subtle hints of citrus oils, mineral and the garrigue add complexity.

A pretty, delicate little wine with subtle melon and apple notes and just a hint of wet stones on the nose. Apple dominates in the mouth, backed up by hay and straw flavors leading into a shortish finish with a whack of acidity just at the end. Drink now.
