* Expert NoteDecember 19, 2005
Opens with a really nice nose that is both sweet and rich with a deep layered set of aromas, lots of black cherry scents, nicely woody with the terroir of Burgundy showing through; ssweet and rich in the mouth with ripe cherry and plum flavors; thick but not clumsy; good definition of fruit and the other elements that make up a wine; long spicy finish with lingering flavors; mouthcoating and memorable.
