This unusual blend of six varietals is dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon. It’s a dark, youthful wine marked by oak and black currant aromas and flavors and is extremely dry, with a lean, herbal profile and structured tannins. A bit austere now, it will benefit from cellaring.
