There are enticing notes here of caramel and butterscotch that are so minute and delicate they come across as accents. Beyond those notes is Granny Smith apple and chopped fruit, over a smooth, soft texture.

Here’s a lean Prosecco with aromatic highlights of cut grass, lemon and wild flowers. The wine doesn’t leave much substance or consistency in the mouth, but it does finish with a much-needed blast of citrusy acidity.

Here’s a simple, grassy expression that is loaded tight with herbs, stone fruit, honey and cantaloupe. It tastes simple and clean and offers good crispness on the close.
