Black fruit and taut structure are joined with black currant acidity and a core of the driest tannins. The wine has the cool 2007 feel to it, and is certainly ready to drink now.

Soft, ripe Merlot results in a wild strawberry-flavored wine. It is full in the mouth, very fruity, but missing acidity.

A broad, ripe wine, with peach and apricot flavors to go with a fine citrus tang. Full in the mouth, very fruity and attractively textured with green plum skin juiciness.
