An interesting rendition of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc that comes close, but doesn’t quite cross the line into vegetal. Tart, almost sour, passion fruit flavors are joined by piquant citrus and pungent earth notes. Imported by L & R Imports LLC.

Fairly aggressive on the nose, with pungently grassy aromas that lead into a fresh, citrusy palate. Light in body, there’s a dusty chalkiness to the mouthfeel and a tart, zesty finish.

More pungent than expected, with nettle and tomato-leaf notes on the nose. Yet in the mouth, the wine is full-bodied, weighty without being particularly tropical or fruity and combines a lush mouthfeel with intriguing herbal complexity. Drink now.
