Despite good vineyard sources, including DuBrul, Weinbau and Ciel du Cheval, this does not rise to the top ranks of Washington Cabernet Franc. The addition of 10% Sangiovese seems only to thin it out. It’s astringent and herbal, with light cherry fruit.
