There’s a very pretty and refined quality to this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon that distinguishes it from the others. From a mountainside vineyard in alpine Alto Adige, the variety expresses itself with delicate aromas of forest berry, menthol, sweet clove, porcini mushroom and moist tobacco. Complex, linear, intense and very persistent in the mouth, this is a showcase wine for Northern Italy.
