Expert NoteJanuary 12, 2012
Toasty, with notes of slightly menthol-like oak layered over ripe blackberry fruit. It’s a medium-bodied wine that finishes crisp, tart and mouthwatering. Give it another 6–12 months to better integrate the oak, then drink it over the next five or so years.
