"rustic and complex, like a good man." the waiter was right. Dark berries and bing cherries conspire with leather and herbs to make a very nice wine from languedoc.

Candied fruit, orange rind, grapefruit and grass on the nose with pear and peach becoming apparent on the palate. A good value wine for the price.
