Rich, dusty tannins and concentrated sweet fruit give this wine a great start. Then pile in the balanced flavors of blackberry jelly and herbs and here is something that is very complete. Acidity to finish leaves freshness. It is named after the latitude of Fitou in the mountains of southern France.
