Comes down firmly on Sauvignon’s aggressively grassy, herbal side. Smells like three-day old mown hay, at the point it’s going from green to dry. In the mouth, it’s citrusy and grassy, but with softer notes of figs and wood. A perfectly pleasant wine, very clean and flavorful, that will go with a huge range of foods.

A bright, Northern California-style wine, brimming with ripe, expressive flavors of peaches, tangerines, tropical fruits, and oaky-spicy notes. It’s technically dry, but filled with the honeyed richness of oak and fruit, supported by good acids. Calls to mind many a Sonoma County bottling.
