This wine is produced in the Bordeaux style with both Semillon Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc; rich and ripe nose with rich spices, lots of oak evident, quite exotic; sweet and round in the mouth filled with flavors of fresh apples and autumn spices; nice citrus balance keeps the wine from becoming too sweet and keeps it crisp; really quite elegant; long mouth-coating finish with an interesting set of exotic flavors and spices at the end; a bit too oaky for me, but quite good.
