When’s the last time you saw mature Cabernet from Sicily on your retailer’s shelf? This is medium-weight, but very supple and smooth on the finish. Some berries are hanging in there, but this is more about wood, earth and soy sauce than fruit. Drink now.

Tastes prematurely old, and looks a little brown around the edges, but makes up for it with a smooth, supple mouthfeel and polished finish.
