Pascale is married to Ghislain Calvel, and together they run this domaine in the central Corbières. This blend of Carignan, Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre is dark in color, but offers fine perfumes, with soft tannins and great black berry flavors. It would be worth aging this for another year.

A tremendous value that will be sure not to disappoint. Prominent notes of the garrigue and sweet spice abound while dark berry and ripe red apple provide lush, juicy support. Nicely balanced with an evolving finish that transitions from vibrant fruit to long-lingering spice.
