This Cabernet Sauvignon from the Drama region might sell better in the United States if they would display that varietal on the front label. It is a nice Cab, with aromas of dried meats, black pepper and soft cheese. The palate brings juicy cherries and a chalky minerality, with nice fruit-tannin balance and a supple finish.
