From a small Chablis producer, this is very soft, showing some ripe fruit but an amorphous structure; rather unfocused. There are plenty of creamy wood and sweet green-fruit flavors, but they need time to hang together better.

Very open and ripe, touched with wood and centered around some creamy red apple and green pear flavors. The wood comes through strongly later, leaving a powerful vanilla aftertaste.
