All fresh fruits, this top cuvée from Gavoty is a great paean to the perfect rosé character of Grenache. The wine is full of almonds, wild raspberries, white currants and a immensely refreshing acidity.

The top wine from Gavoty, this is impressive. It has a fine structure, enveloped by rich fruits, soft apple skins and red cherry tannins and a tight layer of acidity. It could age for a year.

Unusual, a 7-year-old white from Provence that doesn’t show signs of age. Maturity yes, with almonds rather than primary fruits, but this wine is developing like an old Riesling, hinting at petrol, while still preserving some fresh pineapple flavors.

From one of the top estates in Provence, this is a rich wine, packed with fruits. It has a layer of spice and caramel, and an edge of fennel and herbs. For food.
