Rounder and fuller than in previous years. The color is a bit gold and the nose offers aromas of lemon and peach touched up by some toast. Plump on the palate, with bergamot, melon and peach flavors. Finishes with almondy, minerally notes. Imported by Michael Skurnik Wines.

A wine with some weight, but also fresh, clean and crisp fruit. The Pellé style is for very ripe grapes, expressing richness as well as the terroir. Here the mineral edge is present, along with tangy flavors, but finishing much richer.

Although based in neighboring Menetou-Salon, the Pellé winery also has this small property in Sancerre. This is in the full, soft style of Montigny, where the vineyards are located. It has plenty of open, ripe and generous fruit, showing good acidity as well as ripe apples, sweet lemons and just a touch of minerality. Imported by Michael Skurnik Wines.

The style is crisp, with apples and grapefruit, followed by a light touch of caramel. The wine is taut, treading the high wire of tense acidity, but it also has a vivid final mineral and apple skin texture.

The richest wine in the Pellé range, full of super-ripe fruits with great maturity. The wine concentrates on mango and pineapple along with some fine, linear citrus acidity. Worth aging for 1–2 years.

Showing pure tropical fruits with a squeeze of lemon, this is a ripe, tasty wine, maybe a little short on acidity, but bringing out ripe lychee and mango flavors.
