Bottled unfiltered, which allows the fruit to be even more ripe and forward. And the black cherry and wild strawberry fruits really do burst out of the glass, giving freshness allied to richness. Drink now, age for six months.

Strawberry jelly aromas are followed by a more stern, mineral wine. The tannins are firm, with an underlying sweet berry fruit. But it does need time, with a density of texture that needs to round out. But worth waiting for.
