A blend of classic southern French varieties, including Syrah and Grenache. It marks a rare foray into the world of appellation contrôlée wines for Skalli, who handles the marketing. Sweet, black, herb-laden fruits are underpinned by spices from the wood. This is a complex wine, blending acidity with ripe, warm, southern fruits.
