Seems a bit muted on the nose, offering little beyond the suggestion of honeyed fruit, but really takes off on the palate, exploding with floral notes and an intensity that belies its lightness of body. There’s some buttered richness, but also fine minerality. Imported by Kysela Père et Fils.
