Has the same fruity flavors as Ste. Michelle’s brut, but slightly jagged, angular acids show through, and the finish is a little tart. Needs food, but is a very good wine.

Light and elegant, with a trace of citrus and peach flavor. Extremely dry and tart, but with finesse and elegance. A wonderful everyday sparkler.

Nose is very grapey, almost foxy. Mouthfeel is full, with grapey, fairly sweet flavors. Likeable, if somewhat simple.

This is straightforward and likeable; dry, but with plenty of fruit. A tad sweeter and much juicier than the Blanc de Blanc, its bright fruit creeps into the tropical zone with hints of pineapple and papaya. There’s nice effervescence in the mouth and the cleansing finish is crisp and tart.

Very appley; the nose is like apple cider and the flavors are similar but somewhat drier. Mouthfeel full but very soft. Finish is medium long and somewhat sweet.

Here is a soundly made, attractively packaged and priced, lightweight bubbly. Subtle cinnamon spice enhances the green apple and aromas. Nice weight and clean mouthfeel, with a refreshing, bone-dry finish, capped off with lots of beery bubbles.

The richest and finest of this winery’s series of value bubblies. This Chardonnay-Pinot Noir blend is delicately scented with raspberry, peach, smoke and yeast, and it’s smooth on the palate. So elegant and complex, it’s hard to believe it costs so little.
