Fresh and creamy in texture, a wine that shows its intensity slowly. It gradually develops a taut, vibrant apple skin and steel texture, very crisp, always bringing out flint and minerality. Age for two years at least.

A concentrated, rich wine, packed with peach and pear flavors, the freshness coming from ripe apples and green plums. While the fruit dominates, there is always a good edge of minerality, tightening the wine, giving it a taut, crisp aftertaste.

The name, and the weight of the bottle are almost self-explanatory. The wine is soft because it is so rich, the ripe fruit mainly into the yellow and tropical fruit realm, although with a biting edge to it. It is powerful, intense and concentrated.

A bit sweet and melony on the bouquet, but still pretty and substantial. Super fresh on the palate, with tangerine and grapefruit on one side and peach and nectarine on the other. Finishes chalky, with drying citrus and a smack of green herbs. Imported by Robert Kacher Imports.

Intense wine, certainly herbaceous but containing a fine seam of minerality that offers structure and tightness as well as grapefruit flavors. The wine is complex, the flavors going deep down into the palate. At the moment, citrus fruits dominate. Expect these to broaden out in the next year.

It’s not hard to spot the top wine from Domaine Thomas, given the name and the weight of the bottle. It is a wine that needs aging, its intense, concentrated mineral character needing to soften. But already it is rich, with its ripe apple flavors freshened with orange zest.

Showing both toast and ripe yellow fruits, this is a generous wine. The apricot and spice flavors go hand in hand with richness and opulence. Yes, there is Sauvignon freshness, but this is a wine that concentrates much more on its intensity of flavor.
