Good riesling for turkey. Not dry at all, but not too sweet either. One I would buy again.

Number 2 in our Riesling blind taste test was Dr. Heidemanns-Bergweiller from the same region as Dr. Loosen, but the grapes are specifically from the Mosel area. For color we get lemon, amber (I don't think this person realized that amber is too dark to describe Riesling), and gold. All agreed the bouquet was light. There was one comment for crisp and the others went for elegant. All agreed this was the sweetest Riesling. The opinions for the different flavors were too diverse to sum up here, but EVERYONE agreed that this wine was quite complex overall. Comments toward balance tended to be harmonious, and the finish was everlasting for one, and lingering for the other two. With scores of 80, 85, and 88, this wine also did well with an average score of 84.
