Elstree is the premium label for the Highfield Estate winery. This is a delicate, pretty wine, with the usual gooseberry, hay and smoky aromas and citrus flavors. Dry and intense, but a little on the pricy side.

Refined, with bright apricot and smoky aromas. Quite rich and extracted. Almost extravagant fruit, yet bone dry and supple. Steely acidity and great structure. Impressive.
