Starts off with an intense blast of white pepper and celery leaf, but that's buffered by layers of ripe nectarines. Like most Knoll wines, it leans toward the lighter-weight side of things, yet doesn't lack for flavor or concentration, finishing with a refreshing, minerally character.

A lovely, complex wine that starts with tangerines and dried spices, then opens up slowly to reveal layers of honey, citrus and spice complexities. It’s round in the mouth without being soft, finishing with good length. Imported by Vin Divino.

Knoll’s wines tend to be delicate, expressing terroir rather than power. This is certainly the case with this crisp, clean, very fresh and green wine. It’s young, of course, and like other Knoll wines should age well.

A perfumed, pure, light-bodied wine that has touches of fine acidity and crisp fruits. To finish, there are flavors of pepper, limes and orange peel. This is a delicious, approachable wine that will age.

This is Knoll’s flagship wine, from the Dürnstein Schütt vineyard. It is powerful, intense stuff, a roll-call of ripe flavors, even in the difficult 2007 vintage. The wine brings out spice, yellow fruits, fresh apple skins and peppered grapefruit. The extra element is the complexity that goes deep into flavors that need to develop over several years.
