This unusual project releases just a single blended red wine annually. The wine is a Cabernet-dominated Bordeaux blend, but includes significant proportions of three different vintages. Consistent with earlier releases, this is a smooth, soft, lightly chocolaty red wine. It’s pleasant to drink, seamless, smooth and tasting of cherry fruit and hazelnut candy.
