Got this wine on sale and didn't really think much of the purchase. Upon trying it, I thought even less. It has a nice color but it a little strong on the nose. Taste-wise, it has a bit of an overpowering musty raisiny flavor. At first I thought the term "earthy" would come to mind, but this was more like "Dusty." I tried using the aerator on it but it didn't really help. They list a blend of Cab Franc, Syrah, and Old Vine Zin on the label and this just didn't really work for me. (Maybe I got a bad bottle). I checked their website and it looks like they run a decent operation but I just did not care for the Struttin' Red all that much.
