Lighter body than jet-black ink color would have intimated. Although highly viscious, the wine still has a light mouthfeel. I think late-harvest Tannat is my favorite form thus far!

Tannat blended with Cabernet Sauvigonon is more familiar to the "international" palate. Nose is a little hot, prunes/dried cherriesthrough and through.
