Salty (some said soy), toasty-earthy aromas are backed by doughy-briny flavors, plus a little sour apple and yellow plum. Light- to medium-weight, it finishes soft, with tart green apple-meets-rice vinegar notes.

Pedestrian yet entirely solid, with nice citrus and apple flavors. A very easy wine to understand, with seltzer and grapefruit on the finish along with a slight twinge of mushroom. Good cava that will go down easy. Imported by Admiral Wine Imports.
