Yellowish in color, with baked corn and yeast on the bouquet but very little oomph or zest. Heavy in the mouth, with spiced yellow fruits and banana. Soft, heavy and creamy on the finish, with a spot of white pepper. Imported by Boisset America.

Despite some earthy, mushroomy aromas, this lightweight sparkler’s flavors veer toward lemon and stones. It’s rather tart on the finish, and should pair well with raw shellfish.
