Forward fruit flavors mesh with earthier notes of herbs and tobacco wrapped in a silky texture; the finish is complex and long. Serve it with chops or even a simple pasta with cheese.

The latest from Coppola, as he moves into Sonoma County from Napa. It’s one of those old-fashioned, rustic Zins, ripe and sweet in jammy, spicy flavors. Pair with roast chicken.
