Nicely formed nose with sweet aromas of ripe fruit with interesting aromas of beeswax and white pepper layered into a base of minerals with a hint of licorice; sweet fruit in the mouth, quite lemony; nicely balanced with fresh acidity in the mouth; long finish, still tight and citric, but with a nice polished ending.
